The third floor will accommodate an archive room, three meeting rooms, a store, lavatory while the fourth floor will host nine-self contained bedrooms, lounge with kitchen, a terrace and an E.C.G room.
The Supreme Knight, Sir Knight Ekow Paintsil, who announced this in his report to the Standing Committee on June 6, this year, said provision has been made for a lift at the administrative block linking the floors, staircases including an emergency staircase and disability facilities to facilitate the use of the facilities.
He explained that the project was to be used to host the International Alliance of Catholic Knights (IACK) conference in 2017.
He said the facility would be then opened up to the public to host conferences, retreat activities, wedding receptions/gatherings and lodging among other services for a fee.
Sir Knight Paintsil gave the assurance that people with the relevant competencies would be employed to manage the facility upon completion.
He, therefore, appealed to members of the Marshallan fraternity to support the early completion of the project.
