Sis Baiden-Amissah appointed Ghana’s Ambassador

President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo on Thursday, August 19, 2021, presented letters of credence to Sister Angelina Baiden-Amissah and 12 other envoys, with a charge to seek investments for the success of Ghana’s post-Covid-19 recovery agenda at the Jubilee House in Accra.

Sister Baiden-Amissah is the Ambassador to the Holy See, Greece and Croatia.

The Noble Order

Sis Angelina Baiden-Amissah is a member of the Noble of Order the Ladies of Marshall, Court 105 New Aplaku.

She was initiated into the Noble Order of the Ladies of Marshall in October, 2009 at Dansoman, Court 63.

She is a founding member of Court 105 New Aplaku where she is currently the Fundraising Chairperson.

Sis Baiden-Amissah has served on various committees including Finance Committee, Membership and Disciplinary Committee.

The Church

She is a Board member of the Parish Pastoral Council of Ss. Peter & Paul Catholic Church. An active parishioner and the immediate past President of St. Karol Catholic Church.

Sis Baiden-Amissah with her angel voice is a member of the Shama St. Mary’s Catholic Church.

Career

Sis Angelina Baiden-Amissah is politician and a former Member of Parliament for the Shama constituency in the Western Region and served in fourth Parliament of the Fourthth Republic.

She also served on various boards including Ghana Free Zones Board, Ghana Cylinder manufacturing Company, National Petroleum Tender Board and many more. She was also an Educationist and a Deputy Minister of Education, Science and Sports.
