A Thanksgiving Mass was held at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church in Adenta on Sunday, December 7, 2014 to mark the installation of the Fourth Administration of Council No.94 and Court No 90 (Adenta). The main celebrant at the Mass was Very Rev. Fr. Anthony Richard Opong, Parish Priest of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, Adenta. He admonished the leadership of the new administration to endevour to lead with humility. They must ensure that every major decision is preceded by prayer.
The Grand Knight, Bro. Tom Mawusi, and the Noble Lady, Sis. Benedicta Carr, jointly presented 100 bags of cement to support the Church in its school project. Among dignitaries who attended the Mass were the Supreme Knight, Sir Kt. Bro. Joseph Painstil, and some Past Supreme Knights including: Sir Kt. Bros. Joseph Otoo, Gerry Agyin, S.S. Turkson, Patrick Yiriyelleh, Frank Agyekum. After the Thanksgiving Mass the GK and NL hosted brothers and sisters to a luncheon at the Park of the Church. The Ghana Armed Forces Band was present to provide music.
