TRIBUTE IN MEMORY OF LATE SIR KT PETER AMOMO MCARTHY (PRGK, PSK) BY BRO. ANDREW K. BAAFI (IPGK, IRS) COUNCIL 108, POKUASE

Tomorrow hundreds of Marshallans across the Greater Accra Regions namely Accra West, East and Tema Regions as well as family and friends will bid an emotional final farewell to Bro. Sir Kit Peter Amono Mcarthy, the First Regional Grand Knight of Accra West Region of the Noble Order of Knights of Marshall from ( August 2010 to July 2012) following the reconfiguration of then Greater Accra Regional Council.
As the first Regional Grand Knight of the Accra West Region, Sir Kt Mcarthy was the installation Officer of the first administration of Council 108, Pokuase Ga West at its Consecration in February 2012 of which Bro Andrew K. Baafi was privileged to serve as its first GK.
Sir Kt Bro. Macarthy continued to show keen interest in the qualitative growth of Council 108 even after handing over to the next Regional Administration. He was always curious to know how the Council was fairing as far as activities relating to its material and spiritual progression were at stake.
Council 62 will always remember venerable Sir Kt. Macarthy of his distinctive smile and humility, affable composure, his pacific demeanor and readiness to offer his assistance and advice when necessary
It is therefore, sufficed to borrow from St. Paul’s 2nd letter to Timothy 4:7-8 “ I have fought the good fight, I have finished my Course, I have kept the faith. As to the rest , There is laid up for me a crown of justice, Which the Lord the just Judge will render to me in that day: and not only to me but to them also that love his coming”
May the Soul of Sir Kt Macarthy and the Souls of all the faithful departed rest in the mercy of God till we meet again.
AMEN
