The Editorial Board of the Bridge Magazine is grateful to Grand Knights and Noble Ladies who have helped sustain the publication of the all-colour Magazine.
However the Board has observed that a number of Brothers and Sisters have made payments into the Bridge Magazine account in their own names and not those of their respective Councils and Courts.
This has made it difficult for the Business Manager to reconcile the payments and to credit the payee Councils and Courts.
Among the payments that have been made in personal names are those of L. Kwarteng, Ernest, Bro. Ampofo, Mawuena Mary, Paula, Dan Nsefo/Nsefe, Bro. Stephen K.B., Kyere Issac, Bro. A. A. Amofah, and Peter Boahene.
GKs and NLs are requested to check these names and contact the Business Manager on 0244 8898879/0264 889879 to help align the payments with their Councils and Courts.
In order to streamline payments into the Bridge Magazine account and indeed, all Supreme Council accounts, paying Officers should quote their Council and Court names as the payees. Apart from mobile phone numbers, personal names should NOT appear anywhere on the pay-in-slips.
Councils and Courts which have paid for the Supreme Council/Grand Court calendars, should please contact the Business Manager with details of the payments.
