SIR Kt Bro Constantine Kojo Mawuena Kudzedzi, is a lawyer of international repute and a family man.
He joined Council 1 Sekondi of the Knights of Marshall on July 27, 2002 and later transferred to Council 83 Adiembra.
Within the Noble Order, he served in several positions including Assistant Secretary; Secretary and Deputy Grand Knight from 2007 to 2009.
He became the Grand Knight from 2009 t0 2011.
Between 2005 and 2017, Sir Kt Bro Kudzedzi served as the Regional Advocate for the Western Regional Council and later as Regional Advocate of the Western South Regional Council.
He was appointed as Assistant Supreme Advocate from 2013 to 2017 and promoted to Supreme Advocate from 2017 to 2023 and elected Deputy Supreme Knight in 2023.
At the Supreme Council, he served as a member/secretary and later chair of the Constitutional Review Committee; Secretary to the Board of Equity Development Consortium (EDeC) and a member of the Strategic Planning Committee.
During his tenure as Supreme Advocate, Sir Kt Bro Kudzedzi not only got the Noble Order registered as a society but also got the paper articles, printed materials, periodicals, artist materials etc and logos of the Noble Order registered as trade mark in respect of textile articles as the property of the society.
He is a PhD candidate at the University of Cape Coast. He holds a Master of Laws from the University of Aberdeen, Scotland; a Bachelor of Laws, University of Ghana, Legon and a qualifying certificate in law at the Ghana School of Law.
A Barrister at Law and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana with 24 years of experience and a Notary Public of Ghana.
He is a Director at Cann, Quarshie and Co., a Takoradi based law firm with extensive legal practice in civil ligation, land law, chieftaincy, oil and gas cases as well as insurance and criminal justice.
Sir Kt. Bro Kudzedzi has several cases reported in the Ghana Law Report.
Not only does he practice but is also a senior lecturer at the Faculty of Law and the Institute for Oil and Gas Studies, University of Cape Coast.
He heads the Department of Legal Extension and Community Engagement and former head of the Department of Legal Studies, Faculty of Law, University of Cape Coast.
Sir Kt Bro Kudzedzi is the external solicitor for the Cape Coast Technical University, Cape Coast; Sisters of the Holy Child Jesus, Cape Coast; Mechanical Lloyd Ghana Ltd, Western Region; Absa Bank (Ghana) Ltd, Western and Central regions and Amaja Oil Group of Companies, Takoradi.
He is also the Solicitor and Secretary, General Development Company, Takoradi; solicitor for Western Industries Ltd, Takoradi; Takoradi Mall Ltd; Shelleyco Petroleum Ltd and the Catholic Diocese of Sekondi-Takoradi.
Sir Kt. Bro is the chairman of the Public Interest and Accountability Committee (PIAC); the chairman, Disciplinary Committee, Ghana Football Association Western Region; President, Ghana Bar Association, Western Region.
