The Accra West Regional Conference officially opened at the Holy Spirit Cathedral today, 7th July 2018, with the outgoing Administration giving an update on the activities of the Region over the past two years.
The Region has been under the leadership of by Worthy Brother Evaristus Kuatsinu, the Regional Grand Knight, and Respected Lady Sis. Doris Bramson, Regional Noble Lady.
This year’s Regional Conference is on the theme “MANAGEMENT AND CONSERVATION OF THE ENVIRONMENT (Laudato Si)
Worthy Brother Kuatsinu highlighted some of the achievements chalked by the Region in the past two years, including the deepening of the spirituality of members.
He reported that the leadership led a pilgrimage to the Our Lady of Peace Basilica and the Marian Grotto in Côte d’voire.
On Charity Works, and with the strong support for Marshallan Relief and Development Services, the Accra West Region donated Ghc 80,000 in cash and other items to charity.
In addition, the Region contributed ghc15,000 to support the Holy Spirit Cathedral Restoration project.
Worthy Brother Kuatsinu disclosed that the Region consecrated two Councils and Courts in the past two years, resulting in the increase of the numerical strength from 1,200 to 1,300
Worthy Bro Kuatsinu expressed appreciation to all Grand Knights and Noble Ladies and Office Bearers in the Region.
He also thanked the Communications Team for projecting the activities of the Region and helping it to become among the most visible Regions of the Noble Order.
