W/Bro Theophilus Seddoh laid to rest

THE mortal remains of the late Worthy Brother Theophilus Kosivi Seddoh was laid to rest at the Osu cemetery on January 31, 2015 after the burial mass at the St Anne’s Catholic Church, Teshie in Accra.

Until his death, W/Bro Seddoh was a member of the Standing Committee and belonged to Council 64, Teshie-Nungua while his wife, Sis Evelyn Seddoh, is a member of Court 63, Dansoman.

Preaching during the burial mass, Rev Fr Clement Wilson, urged Christians who attended funeral services to see those events as an opportunity to get closer to God.

He said burial services served as reminders that “we have been given another chance to live” and, therefore, imperative that Christians sought God’s way.

According to him, since the Jesus Christ had taught believers that they never knew when the time and hour would come, it was important that they sought God.

That, Rev Fr Wilson said, required that Christians did not trust in human beings but put their faith in God.
Among the dignitaries present at the burial mass was the Immediate Past Supreme Knight, Sir Kt Derx Baffour.
