The Junior Order of Tema Region, comprising of 11J (Star of the Sea) of Tema, 44J (Mother Most Chaste) of Teshie-Nungua, and 63J (Virgin Most Venerable) of Sakumono on Saturday, December 27, 2014 held a get-together to round-off activities for the year.
The get-together which took place on the compound of Greater Accra Regional Secretariat of the Ghana National Association of Teachers (GNAT) in Nungua, was attended by over 200 junior brothers and sisters from the component junior councils/courts in the Tema Region.
Also in attendance were 20 organizers from 11J, 44J and 63J. The special guests of honour at the function were W/Bro.Victor Adonu, Immediate Past Regional Grand Knight, and RL Sis. Maud Tamakloe, Regional Noble Lady.
RL Sis. Maud Tamakloe, in a short address, commended the juniors for turning out in their numbers for the get-together.
She assured the leadership of the junior councils/courts of the support of the Tema Regional Council and Court. She appealed to the juniors to take their studies seriously as a good education was a prerequisite for a good job in future.
