Support Marshallans in Liberia & Sierra Leone” – Supreme Knight

THE Supreme Knight, Sir Kt. Joseph Ekow Paintsil, has appealed to all Marshallans for both financial and material support to help brothers and sisters in Liberia and Sierra Leone in the fight against the Ebola disease.

In line with that, he has directed all councils to donate GHc100 each to support the initiative.

“All Grand Knights are, therefore, expected to bring cheques for GHc100 or cash to effect the payment at the next Supreme Council meeting scheduled for September 26-28, 2014, at Sekondi,” Sir Kt Paintsil said.

He made the appeal in an interview with marshallan.org in Accra on September 17,2014.

The Supreme Knight recalled that a sister, who is a senior nurse in Sierra Leone was recently treated and discharged of the disease and indicated that it was important that Marshallans across the globe supported their counterparts in Liberia and Sierra Leone.
That way, he explained, “we will be showing solidarity with our brothers and sisters in those countries”.

“This is the time to show brotherliness to our brothers and sisters in Liberia and Sierra Leone,” he stated.
