LETTER TO ARCHBISHOP EMERITUS THOMAS KWAKU MENSAH

LETTER TO ARCHBISHOP EMERITUS THOMAS KWAKU MENSAH

Dear Archbishop TK,

Greetings. I hope all is well. I am also doing well. Taifa is great and Accra Archdiocese is also doing well; in patience and with the spirit of obedience we are waiting for the appointments of the newly ordained priests and the transfers of already working priests. We pray that all “Mugabes” would continue their missionary journeys. I remember the sleepless nights you had as a bishop during these moments. Please pray for your brothers ;I may have to write a paper on this. I will try to interview first Archbishops Philip Naameh, Charles Palmer-Buckle and Bishops Fianu Emmanuel Kofi and Joseph Osei-bonsu.

Nana,  i saw the picture below and i remembered all that you told me some years ago.  Hmmmmm… Indeed one day we shall all die and some of us would have our bodies buried or cremated.  Yes, some bodies may not even be found. Some people have died in plane crashes and their bodies were not found. In all these we pray that when we end our life on earth we shall be admitted into HEAVEN.

What is the use of the ENVY,  ARROGANCE,  GOSSIP,  ANGER, DIVISION,  STRIFE…
Life on earth is short. Even if you live for 150 years it is STILL SHORT!!!  Why?  Life after death is everlasting; whether in heaven or hell. The interesting point is that where you would be after life on earth is determined by the “few” years you live on earth. LET US LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!

Anyway let me end here Nana. Please pray for us all. We love you. Greetings to Bishop Martin Darko…. Eiiiiii long time paaaaa.  I will write him a letter on my thoughts about the Church in Ghana soon.

Your grandson from NTONSO,

Teresa Cross
