Let’s use the season to ponder over our roles – Supreme Director

The season of love and giving has come to meet us again.
As we rejoice in the yuletide, I urge all Brothers and Sisters of this great family of the Noble Order of the Knights and Ladies of Marshall, to also ponder over their lives, their roles not only in the society but also in the Church and their families.
The season should serve as a stocktaking for what we have been able to achieve, what we have failed to achieve, and the way forward.
The Noble Order of the Knights and Ladies of Marshall has recorded a tremendous increase in the numbers over the years.

We must celebrate our entry into Burkina Faso and Cote d’Ivoire in addition to the elevation of Liberia as a State Council and State Court.

Although this is an achievement that we must be proud of, it poses a greater challenge on all of us to support all the new Councils and Courts as well as the not too vibrant Councils and Courts to rise up to the task. Certainly, they all form part of our expectations for growth as we match to the centenary celebrations of the Noble Order.

The forthcoming Reunion Conference should serve as an impetus to renew our pledge to God and country. Our commitment to protecting the environment should inspire everything we do.

I urge you, Brothers and Sisters, to live lifestyles that will continue to attract Catholic gentlemen and ladies to our fold for effective Christian action. We must put into practice the tenets of the Noble Order, Unity, Charity, Fraternity and Service in the countries where we find ourselves.
May the New Born Infant Jesus enlighten our minds and hearts to be sensitive to our responsibilities towards our Brothers and Sisters in need.
I wish you all a Blessed Christmas and a very prosperous New Year.

Signed

Sir Kt. Vet. Bro. Cdr. Dr. Edmund S. K. Kwaw

Supreme Director
