THE Junior Order of the Knights and Ladies of Marshall at the Holy Cross Parish, Tamale has been officially outdoored at a thanksgiving mass on Sunday, February 1, 2015.
Christened Mary Gate to Heaven, the Junior Order was consecrated on October 18, 2014 by the Supreme Youth Co-ordinator, W/Bro. Mark Yawson.
At the mass, which was attended by senior brothers and sisters of Council 102 and Court 102, Holy Cross, Rev Fr Nerius Dongyeru admonished children to be obedient to their parents and adults.
He also exhorted adults to use their authority responsibly within their families and the public sphere to guide and guard children.
The Grand Knight of Council 102, Bro Joseph Nchor, expressed happiness at the consecration and outdooring of the Junior Order at the parish.
That, he said, made the Noble Order now complete at the parish.
He encouraged parents to allow their children time to attend meetings regularly to ensure proper formation in the Catholic Church.
