We announce for the information of all Regional Grand Knights/Regional Noble Ladies and Grand Knights/Noble Ladies that we are compiling orders for the 2015 editions of the Bridge Magazine.
Councils and Courts are encouraged to place their orders by the end of the March 2015 Council and Court meetings to enable us to supply the first edition by the April 2015 Council and Court meetings.
While expressing gratitude to Councils and Courts which have made full payment for the year, we wish to encourage Councils and Courts which cannot pay the full year’s subscription upfront to place their orders for the first edition and pay upfront while making the effort to pay for the subsequent editions on the due dates.
Councils and Courts in the Central, North, North East, North West and North, North West Regions should please place individual orders to relieve their respective Regional Representatives of the burden of pre-financing their subscriptions.
The Regional Representatives will continue to receive the magazines and distribute same to the subscribers.
We would not be able to satisfy late orders or do supplementary printing. Similarly, Councils and Courts which choose to pay by installment should note that the initial quantity will be maintained unless you give us prior notice of variations.
For the avoidance of doubt, the price of the magazine is GH¢4.00 (four Ghana Cedis) a copy, or GH¢12.00 (twelve Ghana Cedis) per year.
